#Nidra (healthy sleep)
Its emphasis that, any of these following pillars are imbalanced, you have to worry because it could lead to constipation, indigestion, headaches to stress, anxiety to even cancer. The entire mind and body mechanism falls flat leading to severe health complications.
We are hard pressed now with the given health conditions of the young generation going through marginal health complications at very early age (20-28) with stress, anxiety, psychosomatic issues and much more. The thumb rule should be without neglecting the importance of diet and sleep. The third aspect can be followed too provided what age group one fall into.
